Apartment Usage Policy

We, as the rental property management, kindly request that you, the guest, use the apartment in accordance with full correctness and care during your stay. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartment, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. c. Parties and Events: Hosting parties or events that may disturb other guests or residents is not allowed.
  3. Reporting Damage: In the event of any accidental damage or breakage during your stay, please report it immediately to our staff. Promptly notifying us will help us assess the damage and take appropriate actions.
  4. Liability for Damage: As per the rental agreement, the guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The guest agrees to cover all costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items.
  5. Security Deposit: Prior to check-in, a security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages. The deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages or violations of the apartment usage policy.
  6. Inspection: Our staff may conduct inspections of the apartment before and after your stay to ensure its proper condition and to identify any pre-existing damages.
  7. Compliance with Rules: Please adhere to any specific apartment rules or guidelines provided by our staff or included in the rental agreement.
  8. Respect for Neighbors: Show consideration for the other guests and residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
  9. Departure: Please vacate the apartment by the agreed check-out time, leaving it in a tidy and presentable condition. Remove all personal belongings and dispose of trash appropriately.

Failure to comply with this Apartment Usage Policy may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
